You can choose to pay monthly, fortnightly or weekly on a day that suits you.

You can choose to set up a plan to clear the balance across several payments, over a period of time.

You can choose to set up a plan for a specific time period, to make payments towards your account that won’t clear your full balance.

To make a single payment, select your account and click 'make a single payment'

Enter in the amount you would like to pay, confirm it is affordable, review your details and then enter your card details to make your payment

Please note that we do not accept credit cards. We accept most foreign debit cards, if you are having trouble making a payment please get in touch with one of our team

Payment plans are not available in some situations and on some accounts. If you can't see the 'Set up a payment plan button' it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • You already have a payment plan set up, click 'more details' to see your payment plan
  • If you have missed several payments you will not be able to set up a new online plan, please contact us so we can review your circumstances and help you set up a suitable plan
  • Some accounts, depending on their status, are excluded from online payment plans, we will display a message on these accounts. For more details please contact us

If you have already set up a direct debit payment plan you can amend it by getting in touch with one of our team. Get in touch contact us. You can cancel online however, you can only set up a new plan online using your debit card

Payments made online to National Recoverires using a debit card can require Strong Customer Authentication steps. This means that your bank may ask you to give extra security information when making your payment. When this happens your bank is validating your identity via two factor authentication using a system called 3D Secure. These steps help to ensure that your bank card is not being used fraudulently.
