You are free to cancel the CPA at any time either with ourselves or with the card provider. You can do this up to close of business the day before the transaction. If you want to cancel or amend your payment arrangement, call us on the helpline number above.
We will make one attempt to take the agreed payment in full, on the agreed date. If the CPA fails on the agreed due date, we will not attempt to take the payment on any other date, this means the account will fall into a broken arrangement and we will contact you to arrange alternative payments. If the date the payment is due falls on a weekend or a bank holiday, payment will be taken as normal.
